Today in Georgia the parole board refused to stop the murder of Troy Davis who has professed his innocence since his arrest. Most of the witnesses were coerced by the police and out and out lied.
Seven of the nine witnesses stood before the parole board and told them that they had lied.on the witness stand, and stated they were told to lie by the local police.
Is killing an innocent person really retaliation for the murder of a police officer? I am ashamed of being an American when social atrocities happen of this magnitude. If there is just one doubt, then how do you murder an innocent man? Is this a racist move, or uncaring or just ignorance?
We can continue to make phone calls and emails to the Governor and District Attorney in Georgia, but we must put this is God's hands. Only He can make the change. Please pray for Mr. Davis and his family.

We need elected officials with integrity...do you know any?
Obama announces debt plan built on taxes on rich http://dlvr.it/m7wd9
Why are the Republicans so dead-set against taxing the rich? This stand of theirs is so far out of line, even their beloved Reagan taxed the rich. When Clinton was in office, there was a surplus when he left office. Everyone was paying their fair share--how much money does Murdoch, the Koch brothers, etc. need? This is pure greed on the part of the Republicans and the 'teabaggers".
What is so perplexing to me is that many of the "teabaggers" are not wealthy people. Are they still waiting for the "trickle down theory" to succeed. History and statistics indicate that since Reagan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, the "trickle down theory" does not work.
I was watching Jay Leno and he made a comment that he had no problem paying more taxes if it will help America get back on its feet.
Jobs have not been created by the rich corporations--this is what Boehner and his goons keep telling us.
Do you believe the Republican's plan is to keep big corporations and the rich from creating jobs to grow the economy? I believe that the Republicans want our President to fail and not to not receive credit for turning the economy around under his presidency.
The Republicans couldn't win in 2008--now their plan is to change legislation like Senate Bill 5 and House Bill 194 to make it difficult for voters to vote. If you can't win fairly then they will cheat and do whatever it takes.
I believe we need a system of checks and balance. Politicians are so corrupt today, they have been bought and paid for by the highest bidder. What can we do to change the climate in Ohio and across the nation? Why do voters continue to put people in office that are clearly not willing to put the Working Class above their own party.
ka-sick told the voters, while running for office, of what he intended to do to the Middle Working Class, and yet the voters voted for him. The Republicans are attempting to run the unions out business. Why? Because the unions have always supported the Democratic tickets. We have an uncaring political House and Senate who use their power to disenfranchise voters. We need politicians with integrity, even in adversity and when their colleagues are paying them a boat-load of cash, for their vote.

Of Course Fox Kills The Joke...It's Truth About Them
Fox kills Alec Baldwin's Emmy joke about its huge company scandal http://huff.to/pP8oPR
Rupert Murdoch's Fox network cut a joke by Alec Baldwin about the company's phone hacking scandal out of a skit for Sunday's Emmy Awards, causing Baldwin to pull out of the ceremony.
Deadline was the first to report the news, and Baldwin confirmed it on Twitter.
"Fox did kill my NewsCorp hacking joke," Baldwin wrote. "Which sucks bc I think it would have made them look better. A little."
Baldwin had made a reference to the omission in an earlier tweet, writing, "I did a short Emmy pretape a few days ago. Now they tell me NewsCorp may cut the funniest line. #NewsCorphumorlessaswellascorrupt."

Ka-sick gives the GOP rasises and others go hungry...
We can always count on the Republicans to take care of the rich, who needs no help and punish those who need assistance. There are thousands of people in Ohio who need assistance for food, housing, clothing and jobs. Ka-sick and the Republican legislators, where are the jobs?
Where did ka-sick find money to give Republican Aides raises and bonuses? On the other hand ka-sick is attempting to collapse the unions and to take collective bargaining off the table, because state employees make too much money.
How much of this makes any kind of sense. ka-sick and the Republican party has been bought and paid for by the Koch brothers and other crooked corporations. I wonder what is going to happen when ka-sick can not deliver? Issue 2 (SB5) and HB 194 will go down in defeat.
Once we deliver on our promise to defeat ka-sick at his own game, then it is time to amend the Ohio Constitution to be able to recall ka-sick and all the Republicans who are against the Middle Class Working People.
We
read stories in the newspaper and hear stories on radio and television
that many people are going hungry in these hard economic times, but at
the same time, there are other stories about how obese many of us are.
